For over two decades, Dr. Hilborn has been committed to providing quality, affordable chiropractic care to all our patients. Our goal is to relieve pain as quickly as possible and then implement a course of care that addresses the underlying cause of disease and helping people maximize their God given potential through diet, exercise and periodic chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Bryan and Kellie Hilborn
Serving the Helena area for 25 years, Dr. Hilborn provides quality chiropractic care for the whole family. Techniques utilized include Gonstead, Thompson Drops, Diversified, Activator/Impulse, Toggle as well as the utilization of physiotherapy including muscle stim, ultrasound, myofascial release, and rehabilitative exercise programs.
